Industry professionals gathered at The Cumberland Hotel in London on Thursday 9th March to enjoy an outstanding dinner designed and created by Guest Chef for the evening, Lee Wescott from The Typing Room in Bethnal Green, followed by the presentation of The Menu Innovation and Development Awards (MIDAS).

A team of mystery diners and judges, with considerable experience of multi unit disciplined menu operations, had been tasked with deciding the winners in each of the 31 categories.

The winner, along with a member from the category sponsor, will enjoy the
Menu Innovation Network’s five day research and insight tour of Chicago in May.
