Industry professionals gathered at The Cumberland Hotel in London on Thursday 1st March 2018 to enjoy an outstanding dinner designed and created by Guest Chef for the evening, Glynn Purnell from his eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant in Birmingham, followed by the presentation of The Menu Innovation and Development Awards (MIDAS).

A team of mystery diners and judges, with considerable experience of multi unit disciplined menu operations, had been tasked with deciding the winners in each of the 27 categories.

The winners, along with a member from the category sponsor, will enjoy the Menu Innovation Network’s five day research and insight tour of Chicago in May 2018.
